Two options to find and print your Finisher Certificate

OPTION 1:  Go to the race Results page and select  your name:

Then click on Certificate:

Here you will find and have the option to print your Finisher Certificate:

OPTION 2:  Log in to your RunSignUp account and go to your Profile:

Then click on Results, find the event of the registration result that you are looking for, and click View Finisher Certificate:
